Small Privacy Fence
The customer wanted a small fence to block the A/C and generator from view from the road. Fence posts were concreted in, the fence was framed and boarded in a day.
Flagstone Walkway and Fire Pit Patio
This 200sqft, 8ft diameter flagstone patio encircling a 36" diameter brick fire ring was completed in less than a week. The ground was prepped, leveled, weed barrier and paver base was added, stones were placed, and an exterior sand mortar was used to fill in the gaps. The leftover stone was used to make a walkway, as per the request of the customer.
Wall and Window Framing/Installation
In this 450sqft tiny house remodel, the customer wanted it to have everything that you would find in a large home in this small platform. Using a creative layout, a design was found which allowed for a full bedroom with a closet, a full bathroom with a large shower and stacked laundry, and an open kitchen and living space. Three large windows were added to allow lots of natural light in making the space feel bigger.
Tongue and Groove Installation
In this full tiny house remodel, the customer wanted tongue and groove to be place on the ceiling of their covered front deck. Tongue and groove can be used as interior walls, and ceilings, as well as a few outdoor applications!
Front Deck
Customer requested a picture frame deck with mitered corners to hide the ends of the deck boards. Stairs and railings were also constructed and installed on site.
Subfloor
The old subfloor was so dangerous the homeowner hasn't used this room in months! Ripping out the rotten wood and replacing with plywood subfloor will make this room habitable again. Customer is happy to have this bedroom back.
